Graag wil ons net ieder en elk uitnooi na die oop Malmesbury Fietsryklub vergadering wat gehou sal word op Donderdag, 19 September 2013 om 19h00 te Christelike Privaatskool Malmesbury. Ons beoog om soveel moontlik vrae te beantwoord rondom die klub, kommunikasie en wat ons wil bereik met die klub.

Wedrenne vir September
Ons het Saterdag 'n baie geslaagde groeprit gehad met so 16 mense wat deelgeneem het. Dit is definitief die rigting om te gaan om as 'n groep saam te ry en sodoende toestemming by grondeienaars as Malmesbury Fietsryklub te vra. Vind onderstaande lys van "events" vir September.

This exciting new trail is a first for this year and is perfect for the less fit or the casual rider and weekend warriors looking to have some fun. The start of this fun ride is the same as for the 115km race but splits off towards Olifantsriver. The track is fast with sharp turns and up and downs, winding through the orange groves. The only water point is situated at Patrysberg and from there you are back on the gravel road for approximately 6km's before you get the next left towards a dam wall for breathtaking views of the valley, Cederberg and the best veld is here and always scattered with daisies. You will be finishing on a dam wall in front of a crowd enjoying themselves on a deck overlooking the dam and finish area.
Cost: R100 (pre entries) R140 (late entries)

this beautiful route runs from Citrusdal through the Cederberg towards Clanwilliam and turns back just before town and back all along the Clanwilliam dam. This route is a non technical endurance challenge and requires fitness for the climbs. The route is very scenic and a must on any cyclist's calendar. 8 Water points and 2 protein stands will get you through to the finish.
Cost: R180 (pre entries) R220 (late entries)
Prizes: prize money for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female riders
Prize money: for King of the Mountain

Malmesbury Fietsryklub - 25 Julie 2013
Môre Almal.
Na aanleiding van ons stigtingsvergadering gehou op 24 Julie 2013 te Table Mountain Guest House, wil ons probeer om van nou af hierdie "blog" as kommunikasie lyn te gebruik. Enige "rides" kan aan my of Elfriede Wolfaardt per epos / sms / Whatsapp gegee word en ons sal sorg dat dit dadelik gepost word op hierdie forum. Al wat elkeen moet doen is om na die skakel "follow by email" te gaan en die stappe te voltooi.
Enige vergaderings, races, gewone rides en enige algemene kommunikasie sal hier gepost word. Die bestuur wat by gisteraand se vergadering verkies is:
